I am very happy with my service at Spec-savers Pavilion. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They have a huge variety of frames and they have a technician in store which is very helpful. I am so happy with my glasses and even happier with my 4-year-old daughter's glasses. They went above and beyond to help my daughter, even when she breaks them they help get her frames fixed. Thank you spec-savers Pavilion for helping my daughter with her glasses, the spec-savers right to sight is the reason my daughter can see.

Going to SpecSavers Pavilion was a breath of Fresh air! Shriya is amazing and passionate about what she does and went above and beyond when my 4 year old needed to get glasses. She was so patient with him and really made the process go so smoothly. A few months later I contacted Shriya to book an appointment for myself. She was incredible, professional and helpful. My eye exam with Fatima was thorough and you could tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her patients. Overall I would recommend Spec-Savers Pavillion to everyone! Excellent and professional assistance, was assisted on time with my appointment. The optometrist walked me through every step with in depth explanations during the testing as well as the front line staff assisting me with helpful advice during the quoting process. Efficient and friendly service. Limited range of frames in store if you looking for frameless or semi framed. Don't seem to carry ready stock of contact lenses, you have to order.
