Exceptional service. Walked in, was greeted with friendly helpful receptionist. She is amazing. The optometrist is Exceptional at what she does. I wasted so many years going to the wrong place. Will never go anywhere else!

Did an eye test and got new glasses (quite an expensive brand of frame). When fitting it it was okay. When I got the glasses I realized that the frame was becoming a bit tight around my head. The optometrist replaced the frame with a newer bigger one which was ordered all the way from Italy. New lenses specially made and fitted. All free of charge. This is what I call service. Hats off to Ruby and her team for exceptional customer care. I'll remain a client for life
