Great location but sloppy service. I would have purchased a frame, but they did not follow through on the communicated actions. I inquired about a particular frame as they are one of only two stockists in the country. Initially they were helpful in determining the model name based on pictures I had provided. I went in to the store to try the sizes in stock and confirm my preferred style/color. After determining that the pairs in store were one or two sizes to large, I requested the possibility of ordering in the smallest size in the model range. The manager (Sadiq) called back to confirm that he would put through the request and inform me once it was received. That was in July 2018. In November 2018 I had not heard anything from the store. Upon my follow up the manager responded mentioning the sizes that were in store when I went in for a fitting and made no mention of attempts to order the smaller size. I no longer wished to re-start the discussion and so placed an order with the spectacle manufacturer online.
