The staff here is very friendly. They have the latest equipment, made me feel like I was misprecribed when I got my previous glasses. My glasses were ready within a few days. Super service over all!!!

Brilliant service from the moment you walk in. From reception right to the eye test, the team is friendly, warm, inviting and make choosing your next set of frames a pleasurable experience. The eye test is modern, thorough and educational and every aspect about my eye health was explained to me. This is an establishment that goes the extra mile, if I could rate it higher I would. Beautiful experience i had with neovision kwena square....the lady at the front desk Rose was so friendly and welcoming,she even assisted on which frame suits my face,and i love the fact that she even made a follow up after a week of receiving my glasses on how they "treating me and if they are comfortable".......
