I am highly satisfied with the service that Mark Solomon Jewellers provided me with. They have a quick response time and are willing to answer any and all questions regarding personalized design details for signet rings. They are patient when it comes to changes and adjustments of the ring and give professional preliminary designs to allow you to view what the design would look like before moving into the production stage. The manufacturing process is quick and they give you a progress report upon request, where they even provide detailed videos on the product. Fair prices, friendly and helpful staff. Quick delivery of product with safe tracking numbers to follow the delivery process. I highly recommend their services. 100% satisfaction.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Atiya Patel from Mark Solomon Jewellers. As a first timer in the market, I was super nervous about the process involved in procuring an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was kindly assisted and taken through the process of the design, selecting the diamonds and all the finer details. Atiya possessed vast amounts of patience and knowledge surrounding whatever questions and queries I had. I will definitely recommend! On a side note, I do wish there was a better choice of parking. I didn't really feel safe parking around the corner, especially considering I was dealing with such high value goods.
