I had some unusual engraving to do on an extremely hard steel part. Despite being very busy, Janine managed to complete my work within the hour. Her work was nothing short of spectacular. The lady that owns this store is amazing. I gave her the back of a watch to engrave for my husband when we had our baby girl. Her script is absolutely beautiful and if I'm not mistaken she was busy with other jobs, however finished it within 30 mins so we continued our shopping and went back to collect it when it was ready. To this day the engraving is beautiful still and the watch is about 4 years old
