I lost my Iphone and experienced very professional behavior with claim executive Ms Michelle Rohan , in which they replaced with the new device that same week. In fact i took 7 days to get the ITC number and a complaint in police station .The next afternoon, I still had a call with Budget executive over the phone to get feedback on my experience. I'm very impressed. I will definitely go ahead with more product to get insured with them

I am scared to leave Budget Insurance honestly. They are far the best in my e experience. Whenever I get a cheaper quote I get tempted to leave but then I start thinking of the hustles i had before coming to Budget. They don't ask too much questions and initiate unnecessary investigations just to reject, they are the best. I wish their prices would go down a bit. But I guess quality is expensive

I've not had a huge claim but when you have an emergency and you call them they answer the call very fast and they send help quick though they try by all means not to pay. I'm still insured here but I'm now very nervous if I'm really insured and protected. 🤔

Hello budget thank you for the great service and quick response, I had my TV screen damaged by my little twins, and I use self service app to lock in my claim, budget was so excellent and took just few days for my new TV to be delivered, before joining budget Hollard almost made me quit insurance for good but am glad I am with budget
