S. G.A gorgeous boutique hotel set in an ideal location. Fresh bakes, yoghurts and water replenished daily. Fully stocked mini bar. Stunning views from the hotel balcony. Amazing masseuse. They go out of their way to accommodate guest requests.

I. M.My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and it's a beautiful hotel with great customer service. Our room was facing the ocean/beach. I didn't give our stay 5 stars because we found the beds too small if you need a room for two. This made it hard to sleep comfortably. I hope you can work on increasing the size of the beds in the future.
P. P.We had the amazing fortune of finding a room at this 5 star equivalent hotel at the last moment. The staff paid attention to every detail from the beginning. It has all the amenities you would want, steps away from the beach and in the heart of Camps Bay. The bed toppers made for a great sleep, the fresh bread and stocked fridge (all included) made us feel at home. The heated infinity pool, roof top bar, and artwork were in a league of their own. I enjoyed the radiant heated floor and towel rack in the bathroom, and got some work done on the balcony with the high speed internet. I will definitely go back for an extended stay.

G. K.This place has a wonderful location and views from Camps Bay. Compared to other 5-star hotels there are a few things that need improvement. I’d be great to have the option of getting the breakfast done. You get all groceries to make your own but who wants to make his own breakfast during holidays? We first got a room that urgently needed a renovation. The rug and walls were dirty and with stains. Also the room was in general not spotless clean as you would expect for the money paid. However the team was very attentive and we could move to a renovated room, it was a bit smaller but cleaner and in better conditions. Thanks a lot for that! The rooms have nice high quality toiletries and big windows to enjoy the amazing view. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop pool !

The rooms are well laid out with modern furniture. The bathroom is very nice and includes heated floors and heating elements for towels - a very nice touch indeed!
The hotel also delivers fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning.
The staff is very friendly and always there to take care of your needs. The best thing is one can communicate with them on WhatsApp…so no more calling the front desk and waiting to be answered. Just send them a hearsay message and they will respond pretty quick.
The place also includes free parking which is very nice.
Hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and few bars and Camps Bay beach.
This is a boutique hotel with few elements of B&B.
Overall a must stay if you are in Camps Bay which in itself is a beautiful area very close to central Cape Town.

South Beach has an excellent location overlooking Camps Bay beach and a short walking distance to the Camps Bay strip.
The suites are spacious, bright and beautifully decorated with large bedroom / living areas, spacious bathrooms and an extremely well equipped kitchenette.
The suites are stocked with high quality amenities as well as a vast range of drinks and snacks. They offer complimentary water and high quality tea / coffee, as well as a vast range of purchasable alcoholic drinks, non alcoholic drinks and snacks. The complimentary in room breakfast is superb; the fridge is stocked bacon, eggs, salmon, cheese, chicken, fresh fruit, granola and milk and then fresh bread and croissants are delivered daily - it really is superb.
The roof top pool, sun deck and bar is a fabulous place to spend a few hours suntanning and relaxing. There is also a new “residents bar” if you fancy a pre or post dinner drink.
South Beach also offers complimentary bicycles and a small gym as well as good quality WIFI and secure onsite parking.
The staff are superb; available, attentive, friendly and helpful.
An all round delightful experience!

There was no buffet breakfast but all the items needed for a breakfast were supplied every day and fresh rolls delivered to the room early every morning. Smoked salmon, sliced meats, cheese and fruit were supplied. Loved eating breakfast without having to rush.

A combination of feeling homely but in tasteful luxury. Aesthetically and practically designed rooms in a Scandinavian looking way. A drink at the intimate bar at the pool deck for a spectacular sunset.
Great paintings, sculptures, photographs all over the hotel. Artefacts even in the garage, and a piano Annie Lennox once used for composing accompanied with a personal letter.
After many races to buffet breakfasts in luxury hotels all over the world I really appreciate digging in from the breakfast provided in the fridge in my suite. There is everything for everyone's taste buds.
Instead of starting the day in the gym I took a walk on Camps Bay beach and suddenly there was nice company!

G.The photo is rather exaggerated. It looks like a large resort instead of a small boutique hotel with a decidedly small rooftop pool. However, the location is perfect and everything is very well-kept. If you're looking for a nice California-style hotel, I'd say this is the right choice. Self-service breakfast with everything already available in the room and bread and pastries hanging by the door... a nice choice.
N. P.Location located in Camps Bay in a strategic position and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful for Cape Town's nightlife. The suite is extremely detailed and what is striking is the elegance of the furnishings. There is everything one could wish for for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and, surprise of surprises, upon our arrival the fridge was full of every delicacy: from breakfast for the morning, to inviting snacks and bottles of wine to sip on the balcony overlooking the ocean after a day in the sun. There is a Nespresso machine with additional pods to give an even warmer good morning. The bed is very comfortable and spacious from which you can watch the plasma TV with Dolby surround. The staff is really helpful and cheerful. ||I would truly recommend this location for a truly luxurious Capetonian dream stay.

A kitchen is available in the apartment with a full fridge for breakfast. Overlooking the seafront with a swimming pool and close to all the venues. Everyone very kind and helpful. I recommend it!!
s.We're actually still here. Suite fifteen on the first floor. Beautiful!! Nothing to say. Elegance and refinement in ultra-modern furnishings. Perfect location close to the beach but behind the main road. You can see the ocean, we have a terrace with deckchairs where you can sunbathe if you want. In 10 minutes by taxi you are at the V&A waterfront and if you ask at reception with Uber they will then charge the cost to your room. Really better than we could have hoped for. In summer it must be the perfect solution. If you want you can cook whatever you want. There is a supermarket nearby. In your room you have a Nespresso machine that you refill every day, as well as a fridge and a bread bin. In the morning you have a bag outside the door with baguettes and croissants (also gluten free if desired). What can I say? 11 and praise!!
L.Excellent hotel in Camps Bay, quite reserved, modern, comfortable, quiet but close to all the excitement of Camps Bay but without the hustle and bustle of it. Short walk to the beach. Spacious rooms with everything we needed. We stayed in a room with balcony access to one of the small pools.||Good service and always attentive to details. They arranged a driver to take us on a tour of Stellenbosch, who was very professional and pleasant.||The only difference: we have breakfast in the room. As the rooms have a small fully equipped kitchen, they leave fresh bread, croissants and everything else we have in the room at the door in the morning.||Excellent choice if you are going to Camps Bay.
D. N.Arrived very early from the airport, our rooms were ready. The nice surprise on return to have an upgraded room. Great for spending 2 days at the top. Free bikes, laundry, swimming pools, gym and perfect location to the beach.
M. B.The Hotel has only nine apartments, making it easier to pay attention to guests and provide peace of mind. It was renovated this year and we can say it is new. The flat is super equipped, with modern electrical and electronic equipment, a spacious apartment, with beautiful design and furniture. It has a beautiful view of the sea (in front), Head Lion mountain (to the left) and Table Mountain (to the back). Located next to excellent restaurants in Camps Bay, no need to leave by car. They don't serve breakfast, but they provide the same, leaving eggs, croassaint, butter, fruit, milk, yogurt, orange juice, ham, sausage, water, coffee, tea, etc. in the apartment, at no additional cost (i.e. you make your breakfast in the apartment whenever you want, your omelet, your boiled egg, toast, etc.). ||It's worth every penny we paid and I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent WiFi connection and speed. Friendly and helpful staff are present from 7-7, security is present in the complex from 7-7. ||Free parking available in the underground parking garage. Within walking distance (a few minutes) of the boulevard with all the restaurants and shops. Definitely recommended to relax!

Ocean scent. |After a walk along the seafront listening to the waves and getting lost in the colors of the sunset you go to one of the many beautiful restaurants where you can taste very fresh Mozambique lobsters accompanied by South African wine...|Then everyone goes to Cafè Caprice for an aperitif, a bit of music and much more... Where Africa ends!

Very friendly staff and always smiling...very nice room (we received an upgrade), bathroom with bathtub and very large Italian shower|The rooms are also very clean.|Small lunches served in the room (baguettes and croissants) and a large choice in the fridge (eggs, fruits, yogurts...) then you just have to like the concept of making it yourself. Personally I prefer table service..|Room very sporty complete....|I would say that the only thing missing is a bar. During our stay the weather was not nice (and Camps Bay when it rains there is no one outside and the restaurants close very early )...so it would be nice to have a bar (with a bartender) if you want to have a few drinks with friends...otherwise a very nice stay....

M.A few days here and you can enjoy Camps Bay.|Good location...large and bright rooms.|Tasty breakfast in the morning outside the door and the functional swimming pool.|If you use the electric bike service you can get to the waterfront in 30 /45 minutes in complete serenity without effort and along a very exciting panoramic road.|I recommend it especially to those like us who do not give up tranquility despite being just a few steps away from the nightlife.|

Fresh fruit in a decorative still life. Sleeping area, TV area, sitting area and private terrace. Bathroom with tub and shower. The staff exceptionally nice and helpful. We're already looking forward to going back.
