S. F.I visited Cape Town for my 40th bday 6/13-6/20 & let me just say I did not want to leave!! From the moment I booked back in Aug 2023, Cloud 9 staff was nothing short of AMAZING. Closer to my arrival had to call regarding room switch from one of my guest who could no longer visit, and Lance not only made the switch very simple but also upgraded my room when he realized he was speaking with the bday girl. Now let me tell you the update to the Heritage Deluxe was EVERYTHING!!!!!! Table mountain view was just breathtaking - views to the amazing bars and restaurants where the cherry on top!! the hotel location is one of the best, walking distance to almost everything (bars, restaurants, shopping, nightlife) & again I did not want my stay to end. Let me not forget the ROOFTOP - omg had breakfast up there and it was amazing & the night view is a must see! I'm already planning my next visit back and Cloud 9 will surely see me again!! Thank you all again for such an unforgettable stay for my 40th birthday and my guests! See you soon!

B. Z.This is a top notch hotel. Rooms are very coesy and feel like home. Staff are extremley helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that they offered me to freshen up after arriving from an overnight light while it was too early to check in. It made me able to enjoy the day properly. Also, the early breakfast bags they offer when the restaruant is closed where a life saver. Will defenetliy return. Please keep up the good work!
A. B.I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was huge and immaculate. The hotel is really well located near to some nice bars and restaurants on Kloof street, which are an easy walk away.
R. P.Hotel is beautiful and rooms are ok. Location is great to walk in neighborhood. Old building makes it like a labyrinth but in a charming way.Personal at reception is helpful and informing.
Restaurant is not matching. Waiting time is unacceptable long and portions are small. Complete understaffed and not in line with pricing. Search for one of the nice eating places around the hotel.
L. M.A cute little hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Getting to our room involved way too many steps for my liking. I am visually impaired. So steps aren't a friend of mine. But I can't imagine this would be a deal-breaker for anyone else.
Luckily, our room more than made up for the steps. We were greeted by an amazing smell. Awesome lighting, tasteful decor and a lot of practical features. The awesome rain shower being one of them. The king size bed was really comfortable. Literally like sleeping on Cloud 9!
We also enjoyed the included couple's massage at the in-house spa. The rooftop restaurant offers awesome views of Table Mountain. We cannot wait to get back to Cloud 9.

Their staff’s attention to detail and how they welcomed us nicely on our honeymoon is unforgettable. Check out the small touches here and there and they also upgraded us to create better memories. Can’t thank them enough.

P. P.Rooms were clean. My was quite dark and not the biggest compared to my parents room which had lots of windows, balcony and a big bathroom. Would rate my parants room 5 stars (but this rooms also costs more). Service from the reception and hotel personel was great but the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel was quite slow. Food and drinks were good. Nice view of the tabel top mountain. Uber is a great way to travel. Minibar is not filled, liquorstore and grocerystore are across the street to fill it up.

Beautiful view , nice comfortable room. A rooftop cocktailbar and 2 little swimming pools , one of them with a floating pink flamingo. Breakfast is great. Everything is great! Next year I will be there again.

T. C.Cloud 9 Boutique is situated in the heart of the Kloof Precinct. There are many restaurants and eat outs. Safe environment. The hotel is well curated and beautiful. There is a restaurant and a spa. They offer two pools one is warmed up and one is normal. Sauna and steam room.

P. V. d. A.Great hotel centrally located. The car can be parked on site for a small fee. By car you can reach the cozy harbor in 5 minutes and in 5 minutes in the other direction to Table Mountain. A fantastic view from the hotel. Wonderful facilities.

L. W.My husband and I spent our days in Cape Town at Cloud9 during our honeymoon tour of South Africa. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive from the start, we even got a free upgrade when they realized we were on our honeymoon. The rooms are very nice, modern and stylishly furnished and the spa with great massages and whirlpool leaves nothing to be desired. Of course, the view from the roof terrace is absolutely unbeatable, where you can admire the whole of Cape Town and Table Mountain while enjoying delicious snacks and cocktails. We will definitely be back and can only recommend Cloud9 to everyone.
C. L.Beautiful boutique hotel in a top location, not far from Kloofstraat, in the middle of the Tamboerenkloof district, very upscale and safe. We had a nice room with a balcony and a view of Table Mountain. From there, get to know the city with Uber. Nice reception. Breakfast ok. Own parking space behind the hotel entrance for 100 Rand per day. Recommended.
r. 1.Really great hotel, the rooms were very good but nothing extraordinary. The service was extremely great, always friendly, always had advice and more. The location is good, to the left is a place where you can get good fish and extremely good meat.
