The room is very spacious and well fitted. Good view of the city. Central to Cape town city, and within walking distance from bus stops. Room service, Restaurant menu and communication are all on Whats app. Found it very comfortable and up to date. The room was ready @ 14H00 when we checked in, it was in very good condition, very clean. Don't leave your keys at the front desk or security, you are practically telling the world you are not in your room. Never ever in 30 years of travel, I left a key at reception. My own security rules, served me well up till now.

My stay at Ideas Cartel was absolutely exceptional. The rooms are large and spacious, decorated to perfection. The mood of my room was conducive for sleep and total relaxation, yet when I wanted to pull out my laptop and some work done, their work stations on a separate floor make it all the more easy to be productive. I’m obsessed with their exclusive rooftop pool with breathtaking city views! Located in the ideal area of the city centre, accessing local restaurants and bars were a walking distance. Best stay ever!!

Had a wonderful stay at the Cartel. Beautiful room with stunning furniture, very neat and tidy. Loved the patio furniture as well, relaxing overlooking the city Centre. The service is way beyond what they charged us. The restaurant on the ground floor is very inviting and serves lovely breakfast, I also loved the finishes👌

Celebrated my fiancè's birthday in town and what a remarkable space! Cartel House on Loop is spectacular! Friendly greetings, easy sign-in, immaculate room, rooftop views... In the room, everything you can expect from a boutique hotel! Wish we could have stayed for breakfast, no doubt it would have been as good as everything else! Can't wait to visit again. Thank you

If you travel for leisure or business this hotel has it all! The rooms are amazing and super comfortable! They have all you need for a perfect stay in Cape Town! From working spaces to roof top pool! Also their service is excellent and the staff is super nice!

From the receptionist to Night shift security, the breakfast was delicious 😋 , I'm really happy I don't want to lie. The room was beautiful, facilities I loved, they just need to improve on evening lights by the pool section.
