C. F.Very good rates for bowlers, thank you! Suggest that you fit one room specially for disabled/wheelchair use. Bedroom works ok but the bathrooms are not close to standard for wheelchairs to access and use effectively. Clean, well maintained and good value for money!

Kitchen area was clean and sufficient cutlery was available for a family of four. Lounge area was also well equipped with adequate sitting although the TV was very small for the space as the couches are further away from it.
Beds are firm but comfortable with extra blankets available which came in handy as the night was cold. More than enough and clean towels were provided.
We really struggled with unlocking and locking the butler door for flat A. It will be helpful to have an illustration of how to use the key on the door for ease of reference as it took us awhile to figure it out.

Bad weekend to visit as it was a long weekend. Room was not cleaned in the morning of Saturday after checking in on Friday. Coffee station not refilled either. Very disturbing noise on Friday evening until Saturday morning from the guests in room 6.
Little improvement is required.
Overall, the location and accommodation were very convenient and accessible.
