Friendly, eager and professional staff are always available. The building's exterior and interior are beautiful, with a mix of modern design and old fashioned class (I suppose that's the reason it's called "Fusion Boutique Hotel"). The food was definitely 5 star+.
My partner and I organised and hosted a baby shower for a family member. We ran into a few issues with an organizer that was less than helpful, but after a simple request for management to step in, we received the most dedicated team I've ever worked with at a venue.
