Could do with a mini bar in rooms. Otherwise always clean. Good service. The onsite restaurant sells delicious meals

This past weekend was absolutely lovely ! Great location , central & great views ! Let’s talk about the bedrooms , I absolutely loved every detail of it ! From the bathroom , to the soft sheets aswell as the air conditioning! I also received Valentine gifts from the team ! The breakfast was good! Could do with more options (halaal). These weren’t even the greatest things about the hotel. The entire aesthetic of the hotel was just PERFECT! I absolutely loved it ! My words fail to express how perfect it is. But something other then perfect that made hugged my heart was the Staff! From the hotel manager who actually served me coffee! To the receptionist whose name was Patience , she definitely lives up to her name ! I probably asked her a million questions and she quite helpful! To the security guard that did my covid-19 screening (protocol). As well as the house keeping department! If there was anything that made happier then the hotel itself this weekend it was definitely the staff! The love , care and time they give to the hotel is surreal. I definitely would recommend this place to others ! I also hope the staff get a raise 😌😘😉 ||||Thank you for having us ! 🤍

Good, affordable accommodation. Very neat and clean. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Do note: Breakfast is not included in the price. The rooms do not have refrigerators. The rooms also do not have hairdryers, they are however available at the front desk on request at a deposit of R200 which is refundable on return of the hairdryer.

I had a great stay at Town Lodge Umhlanga. The customer service was great and all staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cozy with modern and clean finishes. I really enjoyed their Elderflower Smash cocktail at the restaurant.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and friendly very helpful. Also they serve good food, I recommend the Shisanyama platter. The bar man is hilarious, he left me in stitches. Parking is easily accessible and safe.

Came down to the coast for some relaxation. The place is Covid compliant and clean.Security is really impressive with your card only allowing access to the floor your room is on.The room was quite comfortable with a big bathroom.The staff was quite friendly as well.Only issue we had was the TV that was playing properly

A home away from home. We will be checking out tomorrow after 5 nights here. I have stayed at a few hotels before but what sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single staff member is so professional & hospitable. From the security guards to the reception staff, to the kitchen staff, to house keeping. You are acknowledged and greeted by all with smiles. I would like to give a shout out to Shaun who quickly assisted us as we had to change rooms. Zinhle in house keeping who's always checking up to see if all was OK. To Valencia who served us our morning tea & coffee you were so sweet, polite & warm. A HUGE shout out to Zinhle in the kitchen side. She was such a gem, may God bless her. She went the extra mile to make us feel so comfortable with our halaal meals. She personally went to buy halaal meat from where I was comfortable with & allocated separate pans & storage for me. Everyone tried their best & did more than they should have to make us comfortable. May God bless you all. PS their muffins are super yummy. Wish I could take a few away 😅

Well one thing I didn't like about the room is the adjoining part I could literally hear every noise from the guest next door, their TV channels are not working they freeze most of the time and internet connection isn't fast (bad for business), the service at the front desk was extremely exceptional I was welcomed very well and assisted in all my needs, the location is very convenient and closer to amenities, if you could fix your TV channels (that it doesn't freeze every channel) and your WiFi connectivity... I think I'm most likely can come back.
