A. M.Booked here for the 2nd time on the 12th October. The receptionist is clearly unfriendly and unhelpful; the aircon was not working, while she insisted that it was after mentioning to her several times. Very disappointed. Breakfast staff and breakfast was good.
L. Z.Nice and central old building with very good value for money entire one bedroom self catering apartments for rent @ R700 a night. A bit run down and such small towels with only Ricoffy as coffee being my only frustrations.
The dude upon arrival to welcome me was very friendly. They don't have generator for load shedding so that also sucked. Otherwise a lovely place
N. V.This is the best place ive stayed at in joburg, my only querry is that they should have a backup generator for loadshedding, but next year me and my woman are definately frequenting the Hotel, price is very affordable
P. N.Value for money. Excellent customer service from Ian the Owner, Security guy Harris Maluleke was excellent, the lady receptionist was very friendly and professional. The staff attended to every request we made and delivered excellently. Obviously it’s not about the staff and their 5 star service. The Place is clean, good breakfast too. We had a good night’s stay.

C. L.Great location near Rosebank Mall and very central. Apartment was huge with smart TV, aircon, excellent quality bed, we slept so well!! We loved the benefit of the courtyard! The water pressure in the shower was amazing too! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were serviced everyday even on Christmas Day! I can say enough about Ian and his staff! When we wanted to go to the Elephant Sactuary on the spur of the moment, he made it happen! We also loved the onsite restaurant too! Will definately come back when we are next in South Africa - Cheryl and Cecil Ledward, USA

B.Amazing spot...slept over for 1 night tho but huge apartment including a smart tv fully fitted kitchen.i will definitely visit again especially for the price of R500 per night,I don't think I could have found a greater deal than that for comfortability as well as ease of access to Rosebank mall

M. E.The room was very large, large and well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the sofa and TV was also very spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable.||The location in the Rosebank neighborhood was perfect for accessing the restaurant area and the shopping center, it is also a quiet and safe neighborhood
