My little girl was born 24TH June, weighing in at only 2kg. She was taken to the NICU. She spent the next 7 days there. I was able to join her after my discharge and stay in the parents lounge. I have never experienced such love and support from the ladies that run that ward. Through all my tears and fears they were there for me and supporting me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for always going the extra mile. What a wonderful experience. All my love Sarah and Sophia

My husband and I stayed at Mediclinic Stellenbosch Maternity ward between the 13th and 16th of January 2021 for the birth of our son. We were absolutely blown away by the professionalism, care, kindness, warmth and amazing attitude of the staff especially in these strange Covid times. Having had a C-Section, mobility was difficult and the pain was not fun, but the staff were ever so warm, kind and helpful. Being new parents we were at times unsure and had many questions, but the staff had great advice and answered us patiently each time. There were so many helpful nurses and we can't remember all the names but some that we do remember, Caroline, Maryna, Zozo. Thank you team for taking such good care of our little family and for the wonderful work you do. A Special thank you to Carla Hannekom (Patient Experience Manager) who took really good care of us, answered the many questions we had and checked in on us.

Been there twice for Radiology. Never been greeted so many times by smiling passing staff, all very friendly. Place is nice and clean. State of the art mri machine gave trouble. Radiology staff can do with training in dealing with frail patients esp. Ones in wheelchairs that get cold and banged into doors and not squabble about the wheelchairs among themselves.

As far as we could tell, it's a very modern and very clean hospital. The waiting time and the number of patients in the emergency unit were displayed on a large screen in the waiting area. The treatment, a large abrasion, was performed extremely skillfully and kindly by a professional nurse. I felt very well looked after and can recommend the clinic without reservation.
