N. Y. O.The hardware store upstairs in top notch with a range of hardware available. They good with mostly everything else but their service on the wood leaves a bad after taste. From no delivery to not following measurements something needs to be done to fix that section. Bad downgrade since they change name timber-city was a lot more efficient.
A. O.Brilliant service from Tristan in helping us design our kitchen and patiently taking us through all the different boards they have on offer. Thanks Tristan and Timbercity Springs. Such a refreshing experience to have staff that know what they talking about especially when comparing to other hardware stores.
C. E.I went to Springs after a terrible experience at Alberton TC. They were extremely busy. Not too busy to help us. If Thapelo is the guy that designs kitchens, buy him a case of Bells. He is worth his weight in gold. He did not complete one but two designs for our kitchen as we changed our minds. Nothing was an issue for him. The selection of board and fittings is extensive. The quotes I was getting was 100k plus from kitchen cupboard companies. The contractor who installed the cupboards did not believe what the kitchen cost. I mailed him the invoice from TC Springs. TC Springs did all our cupboards and delivered for 33k. It cost us 8k for the installation. So we could afford a better granite top which was 30k. All was delivered on time and in full. Thank you to the management and staff of TC Springs. Your service delivery is fantastic, keep it up.
TC Alberton need some lessons from TC Springs.
