There is a loyalty card. What is it for? No points earned for buying. I love Builders Warehouse because one finds what one us looking for concerning building, tools, machinery, gardening etc. Just the loyalty card - adding to one's many other loyalty cards. What is it for?

I got my plants and beautiful vases here though the staff is not helpful or friendly ,I was looking for a Chinese plant I wasn't helped in that regard.

Great customer service here. I didn't even have to look for what I needed because an employee took that liberty. Everything I asked for , he knew where it was and brought to me. I went for three consecutive days and their level of service never declined.
