I am very happy with the re-covered awnings and I would gladly refer you to friends and residents in the complex that would need your expertise. Vernand Sharpe that did the measurements as well as the two teams that fetched the frames and re-installed the re-covered awnings were very professional and supportive. Anthea Sissing with whom I had contact on the final product and accounts etc. was also very helpful and professional. The only "limitation" that I would like to point out is a total lack of communication. I had no idea after I paid the deposit what was happening with the awnings? In the end I sent Vernand a message to enquire how far the process of the re-covering the awnings were. I then received a message from Anthea. I again had to enquire, after quite a while, when the awnings will be installed. Just keep the clients informed on how long it will take to re-cover / manufacture the awnings and how far the process is and then to let them know when they can expect the final product. That will put your clients at ease and that will get you some brownie points. Regards, Elza

Awning Warehouse came to our home to fix a problem we experienced with our awning. Very friendly and efficient service indeed. DIY is not always the way to go.
