W. S. L.We didn't end up buying anything from here but it is really thanks to the very helpful staff member who offered us advice on what we actually needed. Its quite rare when sales people are willing to sacrifice their targets to ensure that the customer is buying the right tools or equipment for the job at hand. The shop does seem to be battling with shrinkage as we were not allowed to bring our bags in. I just wished they were a bit more consistent in applying their policy as this lady with her massive handbag (which was bigger than my mini backpack) came in unimpeded after.

P.Popped in to see if I could find a specific tool that I hadn't been able to find elsewhere. Was assisted immediately I came in the store and was handed what I was after moments later. While it's not one of the huge megastores it had exactly what I was after. The staff were attentive, genuinely pleasant and didn't block "isle #45". Also didn't have to spend half an hour trying to find a parking spot, wading through shelf upon shelf of unmarked imported rubbish and queuing with 20 other people and their families to pay. Will most definitely be back next time I'm needing some hardware goodies.
