I love Virgin Active!! This one didn’t disappoint. Fresh, breezy, bright and clean. Makes you feel like a really good workout. Stop by and get something at the Nu restaurant downstairs. Really worth it.

It's nice, if you like working out inside a sauna. Very hot inside all the time. Aircon needs to be adjusted... 3 stars for the Nu bar, friendly staff and minimal downtime of equipment

Best gym I've been to in Cape Town I think Not too crowded, clean changerooms, toilets, shower, and sauna, very well run classes, and easy to get to, with free secure parking right next to the N1 Just needs to open on the weekends

So far this is one of my favourite Virgin Active gym’s in the area. Well maintained and friendly staff. The only downside I find, is that the gym is closed on Sunday. I enjoy doing my day 1 on a Sunday.

Staff is extremely well mannered they greet everytime you walk in the gym is quite spacious, however more suitable for people who like doing cardio as they have fewer equipment for weight lifting than cardio

Nice enough gym but incredibly small. Don't go in the mornings or after 4pm, if you do you'll get the rush of all the office employees. If you enter through the hospital entrance on the ground floor, head up to the second floor and then walk through to parking lot to the gym. Signs will guide the way. Free wifi at the gym works well.

This was one of the better Virgin Active clubs in Cape Town. Unfortunately staff have moved on, and although the current staff is friendly and professional, it's just not the same as a couple of years ago. One of my biggest gripes is maintenance of the Watt bikes is poor and some of the shower facilities need attention.

2 or 3 years old now this flagship gym has all the facilities with ample free 2 hour parking for members. Conveniently located just off the N1 highway, it’s a breeze to get in and out of the gym in the mornings an evenings.

The best VA in Cape Town with modern facilities, great chaniging area with good mood lighting. In addition, the gym equipment is spread out nicely with lots of natural light coming thought the vast windows. Pro Tip: The strecthing area just on top of the stairs has stunning views of table mountain ;)

One of the best Virgin Actives in Cape Town. Brand new extensive workout facilities, lots of class options (Pilates on Tuesdays with Jane is a highlight), spacious pool and in-house personal training. Nü cafe on site for healthy food & smoothies.
