P. M.Josh is a great trainer. he gives attention to his clients, focusses on where training is needed, he is inspirational and helps u meet your goals. he is polite and is a good listener
S. P.I lost 2kg in one month. Josh is not extreme and he works at your pace. sometimes he does push you for your own benefit but he is also comfortable when you tell him to simmer down.
