Tracey is a great yogi and as an instructor she is incredibly mindful of the varying levels of yogis in the class, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and included. Her calming presence truly enhances the practice, creating a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to connect with yourself on a deeper level. I absolutely love going to Yogamore for a refreshing yoga class. Often with a busy week at work or home you are left feeling exhausted and drained but after a yoga class with Tracey you feel at peace and rejuvenated, like a completely new person. The class is fun and I am always eager to see what new tricks and skills I will learn at each class.
