This may be a bit of a secluded fitness center but it has an extensive range of equipment that caters for all skill and fitness levels and offers personal attention from the owner, Mandy, at all times. Do yourself a favor and check it out. It's nice to see the owner investing back into her business as is clearly the case with her adding new machines and also 10 spinning bikes.
