Purchased multiple items via them and dealt with multiple people over the past few months and I am always pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and service. I returned what was 2x right handed gloves (instead of a pair) to them and didn't have my slip with me and they comfortably accepted the return and processed an easy swap out no questions asked. Then proceeded to hand off free advice on the tools previously purchased. They were also able to source rare parts for my old generator in the past and offer easy over the counter service kits at a cost effective rate.

Large selection of power tools and gardening equipment, they seem to have spares for everything, very friendly staff, prices are decent as well, highly recommended. ::Edit:: just bought a new chain for my chainsaw from them, price was less than half what I paid last time, also asked for 2 separate chains to be sharpened (yup! They have a sharpening service!) what a pleasure, works perfectly.
