Lovely furniture and decor but very poor customer service. We were in the store for more than half an hour and not a single person greeted or asked if they could help even though it wasn’t busy

nice but very expensive furniture and on top of that they demand a delivery fee of r 900 in the Jo'burg area when others deliver for free - update Aug 2017 - go to Kramerville instead to order - much better service and offers self-pick-up for free from their warehouse near the Chamdor faktory store.
