Wow, what a professional service we experienced, I mean on arrival, we were requested to take seats, the therapist introduced himself calmly, explained in plain English (not in bombastic medical jargon) the process and how long it is envisaged to take, asked whether there are any questions or not, thereafter, he began. We noticed that timeslot allocated is also respected, unlike some, they would tell you that an appointment is at 09H30 am but one ends up being attended to two hours later!
