I used this service for the first time last week, traveling from Durban to Newcastle. I'm beyond impressed, my 9 year old daughter could not stop praising our driver who was polite, kept us informed and very punctual. The bus is clean, tidy and super comfortable. I was actually a bit sad when I had to get off at my stop as the bus was continuing to Nelspruit.

Good on time service. Will however like to see management on site more often when departing etc. The current parking situation is chaotic to say the least. The assistant tries but is vague in giving direction. Of put up clear directional signage of where to park or not to park.

I always use CityBug for my mom and I’s travel to and from Nelspruit to OR Tambo. Buses are clean, staff is friendly, and I have never experienced any out of the ordinary delays. The staff was good and helpful. The shuttle was on time and our driver was really good. His speed was good and the radio's volume was minimal. He gave us updates at every stop and before we left he reminded us about seat belts.

It was my first time travelling with the bus. what i experienced is that they where no proper service/explanation where it come to explaining which bus to take and they had less works meaning you will have a delay at the departure site and they is no Rest Room on the bus. but the bus was fast we managed to arrive safely on our final destination.

They are now my preferred shuttle. We had a breakdown (and this will happen if you run so many buses) but within an hour there was a bus to complete the journey. Of course there were complainers, but completely uncalled for. Citybug fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Well done.

The place is easily accessible from R104, Ilanga Mall and Hotels. Customers can park at the Mall. The Staff are courtesies and friendly. They stick to their timetable, thus no unnecessary delays. The insides of the buses are quite inviting.

I traveled in 2 different buses, in the 1st I had sufficient space and even curtains for the sun but the 2nd one's space was a huge problem and at some window seats you had to sit perched with your feet very high above the wheels.

The drivers are extremely helpful, on time and good driving skills. I sat in the back of the van with one ride. There is not enough space for 4 passengers. Leg space on the sides is not there. I have heard the same complaints from passengers on other rides. Maybe book 1 seat less. You guys are great!
