I am writing this letter as a professional reference for Nokubonga Mbanga. She has been my coach for 9 years now. The journey started while I started the new role at an HR graduate at Tiger Brands. I have known Nokubonga for 9 years and found her to be honest, reliable, hardworking, conscientious, and courteous. Nokubonga has contributed to my success in my current role and will still contribute to my success in coming years. She has assisted me in gaining confidence and being more assertive that contributed in my career development. When I started the coaching session with her I had developmental gaps which she assisted me and today am proud to say am more confident is doing most of my duties, whist is result of my session with her. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience over the sessions we had. The training was very professional by coaching and mentoring on running a day to day business.
