Its refreshing to work with a company that offer good quality work and friendly fast service. I received my book and 2 pages were stuck together ( it happens - I come from a printing and design background) they collected my book the same day and delivered the newly printed book 3 days later. Thank you Q Photo for delivering above my expectations and Aramex for their friendly fast courier service. I will be back for more.

Update : The store phone 03 December, extended their special for another day due to website issues, thanks for solving this. Order was placed. Hopefully the quality is as precious orders The website photo editor.......... Adding photos, clicking saved, "project saved successfully", click advanced editing, "your pictures must be uploaded" (wait 30min). Try refresh, all your work gone. tried different browsers and computers. uploaded photos at the speed of light to any other platform. Qphoto's site is moving slower than my 2000 ADSL connection. How are you doing business if the site cannot be used. After 7 hours, managed to get 3 photos in the cart. this is ridiculous. How are you supposed to order something? visiting the store is not an option.

The site was very easy to navigate and the price for the "basic" photo ("postcard") was very reasonable. I was able to print my parents' wedding photos in colour, which my mother would have LOVED. I even ordered some larger prints and they came out beautifully. I chose 'matt or gloss' and was a bit irritated that I couldn't choose which one, but I received matt prints, which were what I had wanted anyway (in my opinion matt is better quality)! I think delivery took two days not including the weekend. Very speedy! Will use this service again.

I have used Q photo for printing and passport photos, as well as gifting. Overall the experience and products are good, however, a few years ago, I had three mugs printed with my newborns picture - for Father's day. All three chipped really badly around the rim. We still have two of them for sentimentality - but it is a pity that the quality of mugs were so low. I recently purchased two mugs from Fotofirst, printed for Father's day. I told the staff about my apprehension, because I don't want more mugs with my kids' pictures on them, but unusable or unsightly, they assured me their mugs would not chip easily - they have not chipped yet.

I ordered a set of "retro" (Polaroid-looking) photos. I ordered while they were closed and was initially quoted to receive it on 14 January. To my surprise, the photos arrived on 8 January. The quality is excellent and I'm very satisfied with the service!

My grandfather had passed on Tuesday and his memorial service is scheduled for the Friday. Susan and the Qphoto team went out of their way to assist us in the making of a big portrait of my grandfather for the service. They called after 3 hours to confirm that the order is ready for collect. (Usualy this type of portrait would take between 2-4 days)!

Dear Q-Photo team On Thursday 4th May 2017, I attended your workshop for making photo books. The trainer Gericke explained everything very well and it was a wonderful class. Gericke told us about the wonderful special you had for Mother’s day namely 50% of A4 landscape photo books. That evening I started with a photo book, more a story book, as I wanted to make use of your great offer because we wanted to order 3 copies of my photo book. Unfortunately we only arrived in your shop in Park View round 13h00 on Saturday 13th of May. Gericke was assigned to help us but was also attending to another client. He was very friendly, helpful and stayed calm and was so kind to assist us to go through our project to make it look nice and helping with mistakes we have made. He juggled between us and the other client, with calmness and never getting annoyed. At 14h00 when the shop closed, Gericke helped us to finalize the payment and order on line. As the uploading of files for the project takes very long , we waited outside the closed doors to let the program download all files for the order, because we did not want the process to stop. We would just like to thank Gericke for all his help in this regard. Thank you for the extra time after 14h00 that he helped. Your workshop helped a lot otherwise we would not have completed the photo book or even have the courage to start one. Gericke is a great asset to Q-Photo. Friendly regards Adri Gous
