Express till can be crowded. Store layout not intuitive. Free parking for the first hour. Meat freshness is not convincing.

My sincere gratitude to the management of Pick n Pay Liquor and Pick n Pay Musgrave, who managed to catch a lady perpetrator who stole my phone in their store. The lady was captured the very next day and my phone returned to me. Praise God ❤️🙌🏽 and thank you to your honest staff

Pick n Pay staff is very helpful. Specially the lady by the name of Mpume went an extra mile for me when I needed a cake for my daughter on the last minutes but she made sure I letf the store with a nice looking cake. Thank you to all the bakery stuff.

This Shop for.me is my 2nd best, I love the fact that they still hold the values of Customer service. I was very impressed with the Lady I found in the Fruit and veg area. I was looking for Domestos and there was none, she walked to the back, found it and brought 2 for me. I told her I just needed 1. To top it all up, the Cashier then asked me why do I only take 1 because it was on special,value for money 2 was a bargain? The 1st Lady still held on to the 1 and was standing nearby. I was beyond impressed because I did not see the special offer. So yes BigUp to the Musgrave Team, I was in a rush driving back to Mthunzini, but service was exceptional and keep the good work up. To the Store Manager, be proud of your Team.

I enjoy the store.Grew in the area and the staff get to know you personally which makes it a good shopping experience at this PnP.. There is still some staff here working which I still remember and know from way back in my schooling days at least 25 years ago. Lots of discounted items as well that go on special too.

Reason I'm not giving it a 5 star it's because they once gave me a fried chicken leg quarter which had been cooked the day before i bought it and it was spoiled,it was pink and green inside,i had to throw it away
