M.I bought a phone last week but didn't like my assistant .She wasn't helpful.It's like she wasn' taught or told that customer is a king. but would like to thank the manager by the name of Simon.He made me understand y couldn't they change my phone.Thank u Sir Keep up the good job nd train those who lack training.
L. D. C.I was in the store today to enquire about Lancôme products and I was assisted by a lovely lady named Seipati. I believe she deserves recognition for the professionalism she showed today. Her product knowledge is top and she was so friendly. On another note, Truworths can you please rethink your exchange policy. My little girl received clothes for her birthday and the sizes were too small and I was not able to exchange because I didn't have a gift receipt.
