I was very impressed with the service received from Sportscene Rosebank. After ordering a pair of shoes online on Bash, I received the completely incorrect package and the service received from Bash was very disappointing, no effort was made to track my correct package and rectify the situation. I took the wrong shoes to Sportscene Rosebank and Seuntjie was very proactive, located the pair of shoes I had ordered at another store and personally went to fetch the shoes so that I could collect them from Rosebank. He really went above and beyond to assist me and not lose another customer to a frustrating situation. Big ups to the team at Sportscene Rosebank for their proactive and customer centric attitude. Bash customer support could learn from them!
