Unfortunately, I found the service, and the whole process of receiving the costume time consuming. And when I asked for some items (like the claws for example) to be touched up before collection (because it seemed to go through some wear and tear from previous users) they agreed to do this, however, when collecting the items, these touch ups were not done. But the staff were helpful in helping us choose our costumes, and the end result was absolutely worth it.

A most satisfying experience all round - from my initial query via email, through various other messages (WhatsApp and email), to my in-store experience and ultimately returning the costumes. Phindi and Tino's guidance sourcing something suitable was spot on, and much appreciated. The costumes were clean and in great condition. The selection of costumes is vast - almost surprisingly so on first stepping into the shop which seems relatively small and very understated. I have always gone through to JODS in Edenvale and so was delighted to discover Sinderella right here in Ferndale. Even more of a surprise is to have noticed that they are in fact one and the same. Clever and convenient too is that they sell a lot of 'party accessories', so it really is a one-stop shop. I love their tagline - "Can't find it? We'll make it!". Talk about a 'can-do' attitude...

Great, fast service. Knew exactly what we were looking for. Giving 4 stars because they didn't have a wide variety of sizes and we also found the hire prices quite high. Certain items weren't for hire like the wig, bow tie which they said we needed to purchase. Didn't have a problem purchasing but the wig was R189. Found the exact same wig elsewhere for R80.
