At first I was impressed at this branch, because it is very large for a "non-hyper" store. Unfortunately despite the benefit of the store being large, I was greeted with empty shelves isle after isle. This was not on month end, it was not early morning, it was not black friday. This leads a customer to wandering if they might go there and not find what they need because of a stock shortage or poor merchandising. I think the store can do with a tad bit of maintenance too. Its not a horrible experience, but In Jhb you can find better.

Absolutely great experience, awesome customer service received, even though I was there in the late afternoon when the staff was clearly exhausted, they still maintained professionalism and exceptional friendliness. It left me wondering if their salaries actually match their dedication and diligence.
