A. H.Ive been shopping at this store since it opened. I run a small alterations and mending business and often visit this store for bits and pieces. I know the staff - some from MuMs. Unfortunately I have twice fallen out of their entrance which has a high step and nothing to hold onto.
A month or more ago I fell onto my back, losing control of all my belongings and hitting my head badly. My specs were broken. I asked to have one lens repaired. I did not ask for trips to the chiropractor or the embarrassment when I had to be lifted back onto my feet. I have been diabetic for 52 years and was very shaken. I have sent quotes and emails to no avail. I have spoken to the "boss" but since the first call has ignored me completely. Such a pity. Such a poor reflection on them. Im sure they have insurance against public liability. Shame on you!
