We have only had great support from this shop over the years. Recently we lost our phone overseas at an airport, as soon as I reported it, Angela was able to blacklist the sim/phone. This gave us peace of mind. On returning via this airport we enquired at lost and found re the phone...luckily it was there. Again we contacted Angela to assist with the reinstating of the phone/sim...it was not long and we were on line again. I can honestly say the staff members at Vodacom de Bron are always friendly, honest and super helpful. Thank you

I fought Vodacom for almost over a year after I had already settled my account but was blacklisted anyway. Hours on call to consultants and multiple visits to various stores without any progress. I was lucky enough to be helped by Samantha on one of the last of my visits. She took the time to listen to what had been going wrong and needless to say she went over and beyond to make sure that my name would finally be cleared by Vodacom. This woman single handedly restored my faith in Vodacom. The five stars are for her and definitely not for this service provider. She deserves a raise and more praise than what she gets. Kudos to you Sam
