S. N.The lines are always super long....almost all the time. This is compensated shame by the friendly staff😊

F.The "system" gave the staff a lot of problems, computers were slow, documents did not want to print, the fingerprint thingamajig was not working properly, but the human element, the staff, were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Another difficult customer came in and was extremely obnoxious, and the staff dealt with her extremely well. I personally would have told this customer to take a hike. I don't have the patience to deal with that kind of drama. Your people are fine. Your technology needs some attention.
