My husband and I took out 2 contracts for the Xiaomi Hyper OS phones yesterday at Cellucity Walmer Park. We had great service from the lady there as well. We went home thinking that we could do all the transfers, but unfortunately could not get it all done. This morning we went to Greenacres as it was closer to home. Went to Vodacom and they were not interested to help us. Such bad service. So in the hope for help we went to Cellucity at Greenacres. What a pleasant surprise we had. The two guys there went out of their way to assist us and happily transferred all the data, contacts, pics, music etc etc over to the new phones. Michael and Matthew you were absolutely so professional and helped us sorting out the two phones. A huge sincere thank you for making our lives easier this morning in assisting us. The owner of the shop should be very proud of Michael & Matthew. I actually commented when we need to upgrade my phone we will definitely be coming to your store for assistance. Well done lads, you should be proud of yourselves. Take care and continue to do yourselves proud.

Having been intimidated at the network company branch, I popped over to Cellucity Bridge where Michael assisted with a mere SIM swap for two phones. He helped with patience, tenacity and kindness. I brought my mother in to upgrade her phone and Sue-Anne was incredible helpful, patient and full of jokes. We all had a mini heart attack moment at one point over nothing but we all laughed. I got the best service from Sue Ann. She is friendly, kind and overall a stunning person. I wanted a laptop earlier this year but unfortunately there was no more stock. Long story short she kept me up to date. I saw this laptop online and went straight back to her. Then I decided to upgrade my cell as well. I used to go to the little Vodacom shop opposite Mug & Bean, but their staff turnover is terrible. Always new people when I get there and service is really bad. Thank you Sue Ann. I have no words to express my appreciation & gratitude towards this Cellucity shop's personnel who were more than willing (AND ABLE!!!) to help me in a crisis situation! Sisanda recommended to get the phone I wanted from the main office as this branch did not have the OPPO RENO 7 in stock. Then she even sent another worker to go and fetch it as we were in a hurry... Later on when we struggled to get Google's "two step verification" fixed (because the "old" cellphone was totaly damaged), another worker, Regan, came to help. The two worked perfectly together as a team. All the staff were very friendly & helpful! What a positive ending to a bad situation I experienced! She is very friendly, helpful, she double checks that everything is good to go, and she goes out of her way to help you. She does everything she can to help you with your purchase. If you want someone that meets that criteria, then speak to her. Because of her, I would recommend going to Cellucity in Greenacres.
