Recently my insurance twice arranged a courtesy car via them. The call centre staff are helpful to get the process sorted. The Fourways front desk ladies are friendly and "fight" about who can assist you. The second time around I asked for the car to be delivered. The driver arrived promptly at exactly the appointed time and was very friendly and helpful.

Great store to rent from nice and easy if staying at MonteCasino. Friendly helpful staff

Discovery disappointed me by changing the rules needing to be with discovery bank in order to get the discount. But I went to europecar anyway as they were near to me and both people at the call centre were super helpful and so were the 2 people at the pick up shop. Lovely car and easy process. Highly recommend.
