I visited this place, situated in Church street Bloemfontein and was warmly welcomed. The assistant offered me a drink and helped me. Her advice was helpful and friendly Although the insurance company referred me back to Avis; as they don't have a contract with Hertz, the support I received was great. This office can be used without any reservations.
