I recently purchased a BMW X3 from Tokai Auto Select, and I just have to take a moment to highlight what an absolute gem Garth is! From the moment I walked in to view the car to the day it was ready for me, it has been a true pleasure dealing with him. During the finance approval process, Garth even had a cash offer on the table but chose to honor our agreement and waited until the financing was confirmed. This could have led to a potential sales loss for him, but he prioritized my needs as a customer above all else. A couple of weeks after I collected the car, I noticed some noise from the parking brake. When I reached out to Garth about it, he didn’t hesitate for a second. Instead of opting for a temporary fix, he replaced the brake pads with brand new ones, once again demonstrating his commitment to his customers. In today’s uncertain world, it’s refreshing to encounter someone like Garth, who embodies trust and dedication even after the sale. He’s always accessible and ready to help. Whenever I’m in the market for another vehicle, I know exactly where I’ll go—straight back to Garth. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering a purchase. This is the definition of Service Delivery. A quick summary, they have Integrity, are professional and friendly; have time for their customers and are accessible. The cars are Beautifully kept and the aftercare is the best. I honestly had the Best experience during purchasing my car Ever. I cannot recommend them enough if you looking for good car at great value. I made an appointment earlier and they waited for me to come see the car, as discussed beforehand. They kept the car aside and gave me 1st right of refusal - even when others called after. I saw the car, I loved the car and I bought it. They have a level integrity that other car sales just don't. The cars are also beautifully kept, very clean and neat. They also had TIME for me, explaining the car and answering all my questions. This was also a wonderful experience. The team is friendly - Garth is all smiles and easy to work with. They were also very responsive when I had a question - on whatsapp. Finally the after market service is fantastic. All snags were addressed and they attended to other small issues. Even following up on me and the vehicle performance. I honestly can't rave about them enough! The service is SO good that I would buy another one just for the professional and personalized approach. I felt and still do feel I am in good hands.
