Booked 2 Bikes in for a service which took 3 phone calls to different people. Friendly, efficient service received from Eugene Mesias before and after the service came as a surprise and is much appreciated. Complaints about higher service charges seems to be based on personal perceptions.

I was going to give them a below average rating since they didn't inform me that my service for my motorcycle was to be in Cape Town and not in Canal Walk, as per online booking. However, they did such an amazing job as well as cleaned it back to almost the original state that I decided oh well...You can get 4 stars for that. Thanks Honda Cape Town...Please just inform other clients in the future of this small detail.

Went into the service center as there was a small issue with my car’s spill tray. They fixed the issue within 10min and didn’t even charge me. Great, quick and friendly service 👌

I use Honda Cape Town for servicing my Civic. The new location works well for me thanks to its close proximity to the MyCiti station at the Civic Centre. It's simple to get to and from work in town and no need to organise transport to drop off or collect car. Very good service from the team, with all items attended to within the time and cost estimated and work completed to satisfaction. They were good with providing info regarding items that were still OK but might need attention before the next scheduled service. A friendly, professional service experience.

Service department is very helpful but compared to Honda Bellville they are more expensive on the servicing of bikes. Also take care when riding you bike in to the service area if it has rained or there is any water nearby, its very slippery.
