C. G.I received exceptional service at Audi Claremont - they treated me like royalty, even though I wasn't purchasing a new vehicle. They made the experience feel like a dream upgrade, from arrival to departure. The service was top-notch, with zero administrative hassles, making the entire process seamless. I'm so impressed that I'll never consider going anywhere else again.
A. K.I deleted my 1 star review after the DP principal stepped in and showed what customer service is about. The after sales service at Audi is shocking to say the least ( clueless ) and needs to be drastically improved or will bleed customers. Very poor management. But will give 3 stars as the DP solved the issue quickly.
A. U.Took my car in (which was not bought here) as the battery was flat (it had died). They replaced it free of charge (it is still in maintenance plan) and they washed the car, all within a day. They kept regular contact with me via phone and followed up to make sure everything had gone off without a hitch. Very impressed with the good service!

I. P.Really sad I missed the first S3 I saw at this dealership because everything else was bad... including the one they currently have. It was advertised for R335k, but the salesman seemed to have thought the price was R369k so he checked with his manager who confirmed the price was R389k... on the highest mileage 2015 S3 in the country where the gearbox needed repair... NEE!
