I waited an hour for their driver to drop me off at work. When he eventually arrived, a bunch of people arriving after me was shoved in and he left. Eventually a colleague picked me up. I was quoted just over R6000 (inc VAT) to replace my door lock (not locking from inside). There is ample evidence they never took the door panel of to look at the problem, I was told it was unfixable. I fixed it myself with R75 worth of parts. EDIT: The manager has apologized, launched in internal investigation and refunded the "strip and quote" fee.
