I recently had an amazing experience purchasing a car for my mom at NTT Toyota Delmas. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making the car-buying experience enjoyable and memorable. Lee-Ann Jordaan, my sales representative, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, helped me find the perfect car, and answered all of my questions in a thorough and straightforward manner. It was such a joy interacting with her! What's even more impressive is that the exceptional service didn't stop there. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Tanya Prinsloo and Morné Brandt regarding an issue with my Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid, which I did not even purchase from them. Despite this, they went above and beyond to help me, treating me with super friendliness and helpfulness. They took the time to go through my car, as if I had bought it from them, and even offered to help me sort out an issue that I had been told previously could not be resolved. Overall, I would highly recommend NTT Toyota Delmas to anyone in the market for a new or used car. The staff truly care about their customers and provide excellent service, from the sales department to the service department. I will definitely be returning to them for any future car purchases and encourage others to do the same. Thank you for an amazing experience, NTT Toyota Delmas! I would rate you 10 stars!
