My experience with Lexus Fourways has been great, in multiple aspects. I bought my car last year, and between then and now had a few issues with it, each time they have been very helpful, accomodating and always kept me up to date. From when you call to when you get your car back efficiency and amazing service. Good use of systems for historical data, don't need to keep giving same information for each booking. Clear explanation of what has been done and why. Refreshments while you wait and clear indications of how long will wait as well as options. Professional, reminds one why the car is worth so much.

In the past this branch used to be exceptionally good at customer service but let down recently by some service advisors who do not seem to have the basic courtesy of calling to let customers know when cars are was ready or when parts are expected to arrive. If I want reactive service, I get that from the lesser German brand branches, as I also own a German car. However, Lexus and this branch in particular raised the bar in terms of exceptional customer experience in the past. Maybe it's time to rotate some staff with the Toyota crew across the road and only bring the best to Lexus. You've set a standard of expectations in the past. It's time to ensure that your newer staff understand these brand values that you've built with your loyal customers. EDIT: Updated to 5 stars now, based on improvements made.

Truly extraordinary dealership. Especially the service manager Mark. We had a problem with our out of warranty Lexus. After a call to the dealership they took the vehicle without an appointment. Rare after I had other high end German cars and none was ever this efficient.
