I took my audi A4 to audi Centre Menlyn for a sevice.The reception is very streamlined.I was well recieved, at 7.00am my car was handed over into competent hands and I was taken to reception.The annual service was a very average cost of R3000 which surprized me.I was told i could expect my car the same day after lunch.They would sign the handbook and put it in my car. A driver in a black outfit drove me home in 15km range and would pick me up again to get my car free of charge While I was waiting I recieved a free coffee latte on showing my job card.Delicious chicken wraps were available for R35 . Sandwiches were available as well.That pleased me as I wasnt going to have my car to buy bread that morning The place is beautiful ,the service very profesional and i found the workers were happy,kind and very helpful.Left me with a great impression I was well recieved at reception and informed they would contact me if anything serious popped up The only thing I had to get used to was that you dont see the workshop manager,the liason person records your conscerns and reports the workshop findings to you.This worked well. Turned out i had to have a cambelt replaced as the valves and timing was out of sinc and the whole engin could cease.A very complicated task as the belt hadnt been taken care of in 6 years. It cost Rand19k but to soften the blow the dealer gave me a R2000 breakfluid flush job on the house bringing my bill down with r2000 I am happy with my car service and found it a beautiful experience at Audi Centre Menlyn

I bought a car at Audi pre owned cars. Riaz and Chené helped me find the exact year and model I was looking for. They helped me with all the paperwork that needed to be done. They explained everything clearly and made sure I know what I'm paying for and what I will get. It took a while (almost 2 Weeks) before I received my number plates, spare key and license disk, but they kept me informed of the progress. Once they received everything they delivered it to me. I have driven the car for 3 weeks now and I am very happy with the car.
