One of the best coffee spots available in Cape Town. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable and make perfect coffee drinks. Tasty sandwiches and treats as well. Everything is very well thought out.

Nice and tasty coffee variations! The shop is designed like a lab and it matches perfect with the coffee. But the ambient feels cold. Tastes interesting. Staff was in good mood. We had a nice stay here.

Great little spot in the Old Biscuit Mill to have a kickass cuppa. Lots of coffee options to choose from and they are serious about their coffee in a good way :) Decor is awesome with seating inside or outside. Beans are also for sale to take home. Highly recommended

I’ve never had coffee so creatively made, and so epic-ly delicious !! A massive thank you to these guys for creating such awesome ways to drink your coffee ! Would recommend coming and spending a bit of time here to really appreciate your coffee. The owner (I think) explained to me the inspiration of one of their amazing creations, was so friendly. They have a really great team. I was lucky enough to find this place on a quiet morning to myself.

Now if I could I would definitely call this my home away from home, established in 2009 Espresso Lab is not only a Cape Town coffee icon but a global one as well. From beans to cup and food. There's great staff and service. Hidden in the Old Biscuit Mill, Woodstock they are worth a visit.

The most amazing coffee spot in Cape Town in my book. Cute little dogs around the shop, great meeting venue too! Friendly and professional staff just adds to the experience as well.

I return for the spicy tomato sandwhich regularly. Their coffee options are also unique and inspired.

By far my favorite speciality coffee place in Cape Town. Well knowledged and dedicated. Ask questions if you don't know. Amazing house roasted beans. Mind blowing pour over that had taken over as my favorite coffee shop in the world or until I can find another one to par. Their cold brew is light years ahead.

My friend is a Hipster, and he really enjoys it, great coffee and ice dripped coffee but it tasted normal to me although it was a very nice normal. I really enjoyed the experience, the staff were super friendly and it was a fantastic touristy experience! Highly recommended!!

Bumped into this place completely by accident. Friendly staff and excellent coffee, especially the cortados. Bought some ground beans for my moka which was excellent as well, though perhaps a bit on the expensive side. Would definitely recommend coffee connoisseurs to swing round if your in the area.

Very large and delicious selection of all kinds of espresso. If you are enchanted here, you should definitely try something from the pastry department. The Portuguese Pasteis de Natas are simply delicious 👍🏻 The very nice service rounds off this experience 🙂
