My nails came out looking gorgeous but my nail technician kept complaining about how tired she is so clearly they are short staffed and therefore overbooked. I kept thinking that what if she's not giving my nails the proper care it needs because she's tired. I would also like to comment on how unorganized they are. There were four manicure stations but the stations were not complete with the necessary tools. People kept borrowing and taking things from our station to work with on their station. For the price rage I expected a bit of professionalism in that regard. Also they were no pamphlets. There are never no pamphlets!
