I visited the Benefit Brow Bar at Edgars Gateway (Umhlanga) with an enquiry to have my eyebrows thread. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who introduced herself as Sherri. I explained that I’d like to have my brows thread but she advised she only did waxing. I explained my apprehension and reasons for not wanting to wax but she assured me that she was capable of restoring my eyebrows to what I wanted if I wanted to try waxing. She very professionally explained what she was doing throughout the process of brow mapping and than again when waxing which eased my nerves. I am so glad I decided to take the chance with Sherri because my eyebrows turned out absolutely perfect! I don’t think I’ve had them done this well EVER! Thank you to Sherri for her professional approach - LOVE my brows and the product purchased to keep my new brows looking as good as when I left her. She is a pro at what she does, I will definitely be back to see her soon!
